Ok... I've concluded that I suck at taking good pictures of this car. I don't know if it's just the contrast between the yellow and black or what, but the digital camera I have just doesn't capture the full beauty of the car. Of course, it didn't help that I was taking the pictures just before sunset, so the lighting was kind throwing off the camera as well. If some of the pictures cause the paint to look white in areas, that's just a glare reflection off the finish... rest assured, the car is yellow.

Note: You can click on the pictures for a larger view, and if you move your pointer the thumbnails below, some have popup windows with brief descriptions regarding the photo.

The vertical walls of the engine bay are the only areas areas of the car that are still the original color (red). As you can see from the picture, the red is not very obvious at all. This shows the high quality TEC front strut bar. This provides an excellent handling upgrade for the spyders given it's a convertible.
The red calipers are Porsche/Brembo the same used on the 993, they currently have agressive Pagid Orange compound brake pads which have excellent grip, but tend to squeal a bit until they reach temperature. If someone wanted a quieter pad, I would recommend switching to the OEM Porsche 993 pads. This lame picture shows the adjustable Ground Control coilover springs. The spring height can be adjusted, which allows the car be lowered and improve handling. In addition, the springs are stiffer improving handling further. One of the many unique things about this car is that the front antenna has been 'shaved', meaning that it has been removed. See other spyders for the stock look.
Some have asked about the flipper door covers. You can see in the pics that the leading edge of the vinyl covering is a bit worn. The flipper doors are fiberglass and can be removed with 4 screws each, then the old material can be taken off and new vinyl/leather glued on. Overhead view

I took a couple videos of the top opening and closing. Unfortunately the camera ran out of memory while I was taking the closing video, so it go cut short. I will be getting more of these soon.
